MysticEast User Service Agreement

Welcome to use MysticEast!

1. Important Notice

This User Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and Guangzhou Fengleiyi Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. ("Company") regarding your use of the MysticEast application and related services.

By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, or using MysticEast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

If you are under 18 years old, please use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

Basic features may be used without registration, but certain features require an account.
You may register using:
Phone number
Third-party accounts (e.g., Apple ID, etc.)
You must ensure:

I Ching related content
Articles, courses, and analysis features

We reserve the right to:

Modify or remove content
Review user-generated content

7. Paid Services

Some services are paid digital products.

All purchases are non-refundable, unless required by law
Purchased content is for personal use only
Downloading, distributing, or reproducing content is prohibited without permission

8. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate this Agreement
Your account information is invalid
Required by law or operational needs

9. Service Changes

We may:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
Update features without prior notice

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Absolute accuracy or reliability

10. Intellectual Property

All content in MysticEast, including:

Design
Software
Text, images, videos

belongs to Guangzhou Fengleiyi Cultural Communication Co., Ltd.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use = acceptance of updated terms.

12. Privacy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is"
You assume all risks of use
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings.
